You will be the financial nerve center of Full Focus—responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a fully modernized financial operating system. Your job is to integrate accounting, forecasting, reporting, cash visibility, and AI automation into a single cohesive ecosystem that empowers fast, smart decision-making.

We’ve outgrown outdated financial operations. Today, our systems rely on multiple external professionals, but we believe one brilliant operator using the right technology stack can outperform a team of four. That’s why we’re hiring a Finance Systems Architect—someone who can unify accounting, cash flow forecasting, reporting, and planning into a streamlined, automated, AI-augmented ecosystem.

This role gives our executive team the clarity, visibility, and speed we need to scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO to ensure our financial infrastructure is both strategic and bulletproof.

We’re looking for someone who sees building a finance system as a creative act—not just a compliance function.
  • AI-Native Thinking – You’re fluent in how AI can replace manual work. You use tools like GPT, Make, Zapier, and custom dashboards to automate the right things, fast.
  • Builder Mentality – You’d rather create an elegant, operationally relevant new system than retrofit an old, automated one. You enjoy solving puzzles and thrive on distilling complexity into simplicity..
  • Quiet Confidence – You don’t need constant oversight. You think like an owner and take radical ownership over your domain.
  • Clarity + Discernment – You simplify financial data so decision-makers don’t have to dig. You see patterns and remove noise.
  • Simplicity as Strategy – You know the power of well-constructed automation. You're not building a team—you’re building a system that doesn’t need one.
