Account Specialist - Inside Sales
- Description:
- Applicants for Nav’s Account Specialist should have excellent communication and sales skills.
- Primary responsibility will be assisting small and medium-sized businesses in building their business credit.
- Focusing on areas of improvement and helping guide Nav customers to achieve their business goals.
- Candidates should be web-savvy and past sales experience is required.
- Having strong personal and business credit knowledge plus past business lending experience is preferred.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Nav’s website, tools, and offerings.
- Assisting customers with overall lending questions and qualifications.
- Report to management on customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts, and new prospects.
- Always do what’s best for the customer.
