Responsibilities: • Handle inbound Medicare Advantage sales calls (no cold calling) • Educate seniors and enroll them in plans from top carriers like UHC, Humana, and Aetna • Use our CRM and phone platform to track applications and manage your pipeline • Meet or exceed performance goals to qualify for monthly bonuses Compensation: • $100 per effectuated policy • Monthly performance bonuses up to $5,000+ based on volume and consistency • Optional draw: Up to $3,000/month ($150 per active workday) • Monthly commission payouts based on confirmed effectuations • Additional SPIFFs based on production and attendance Note: Clawbacks apply if a policy is canceled within 90 days of effectuation.
