Licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Job Overview
We are a small, top producing real estate team seeking a Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support our team in managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.
This position supports areas prior to handoff to our Transaction and Listing Coordinators, and manages various Property Management duties and daily office activities.
- Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare listing, lease and offer paperwork
- Handle customer, vendor and agent inquiries and communications with professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to property listings, transactions, and client communications.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and property listings, ensuring all content is accurate and professionally presented.
- Experience
- Real estate license
- Previous experience in real estate and/or property management
- Administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Strong customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Familiarity with platforms Such as Zipforms, HAR, and Microsoft Office
