Key Responsibilities Data Management and Business Intelligence Drive/culture shift for JLL to become a data-driven organization Develop and implement sophisticated data analysis methods to forecast trends, predict outcomes, and identify opportunities for performance enhancement Architect and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions using JLL systems Create interactive, dynamic dashboards and reports that align with JLL’s reporting requirements and client expectations Design and implement data governance practices ensuring data integrity and compliance Performance Analysis and Optimization Act as an interface between the regional team and the global team on all KPI measurables Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics, benchmarking against industry standards and historical performance Establish performance baselines and benchmarking programs with a focus on Dell's project performance Ability to analyze data and find gaps in performance Perform regular and random audits of data quality, controls processes, and systems Lead root cause analyses for complex performance issues, proposing data-driven solutions Client Relationship and Program Management Act as Program Manager for performance initiatives at regional level across Dell's portfolio Help create and provide data and presentations for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly business reviews Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating analytical findings into strategic recommendations Operate in alignment with organizational roadmap and sustainability goals Constantly engage in challenging the status quo and bringing more value to the organization Cross-functional Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing Collaborate with the PMO team including Capital Planner, Cost Estimator, and BI Analyst Provide training to teams as and when needed Develop and continuously improve playbooks, processes, and training manuals Bring industry best practices for Data Governance, Project Management and Business Analysis Implement corrective actions based on audit findings Required Qualifications Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field 5+ years of experience in a BI or advanced analytics role, preferably in a client-facing environment Expert-level proficiency in SQL, R or Python, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Strong understanding of statistical concepts and their practical applications Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale data projects and implementing BI solutions Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytical projects that drive business value Preferred Qualifications PhD in quantitative discipline or MBA with a focus on analytics Experience in real estate, facilities management, or related industries Certification in relevant areas (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate) Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) Experience with data visualization, design principles and storytelling techniques Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management Key Competencies Strategic thinking with the ability to link analytical insights to business outcomes Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively Process Management experience – Results driven approach Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills Client relationship management skills - highly credible with senior executive-level client personnel Team-building abilities, particularly with geographically dispersed stakeholders Flexibility and sense of urgency Experience with data visualization and deriving actionable intelligence This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage advanced analytics to drive transformational change for our Dell client account.
