Job Description-
EDI Delivery Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) project requests and business-as-usual support. This includes evaluating each request at a technical level and assigning tasks to qualified team members. Additionally, the EDI Delivery Supervisor will play a crucial role in supervising the team, assessing existing EDI solutions for improvement opportunities, and assisting with the information gathering and transition of EDI partners during ERP replacement activities.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI project management and support.
- Proven experience in supervisory roles, leading and managing teams effectively.
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT processes, standards, and technologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Seeburger BIS6, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Must demonstrate expert level knowledge within the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint, etc.)
