WAGE RANGE*: $36-38/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the design, deployment and troubleshooting of Enterprise IT systems and solutions.
- Perform research, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex issues for new system technologies, on prem and cloud-based, in physical and virtual deployments.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Take a leadership role in the development and implementation of project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.
- Develop sophisticated system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
- Define and document best practices and support procedures.
- Ability to work independently on day-to-day work tasks
- Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation.
- Carry out special tasks at Management's direction
- Interact with staff and other peer groups at the technical level, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Serve as a point of contact and lead to junior team members
- Qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer science or related area is required; a bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years of related work experience preferred
- Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Application Servers and technologies.
- Microsoft modern management experience.
- Experience in Identity Management, such as MIM or Okta
- Experience in deployments and rollouts of new technologies is a plus.
- An understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts.
- Group Policy design and configuration is a plus.

- While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
