OpenText Content Server Administrator (Remote MD-Based preferred) Full-Time | $110,000$120,000 Annually | U.S. Citizenship RequiredWe are seeking a highly skilled OpenText Content Server Administrator to support and optimize enterprise content management (ECM) solutions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This individual will take ownership of system performance, stability, integrations, and securityensuring that content and records management processes are scalable, compliant, and user-friendly.Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain OpenText Content Server, OTDS, and Archive Center environments.Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot performance issues, and apply patches and updates.Design and implement records management features, workflows, LiveReports, WebReports, and forms.Provide production support, including weekend releases, patch coordination, and smoke testing plans.Configure metadata models, access controls, and integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft).Deliver training and documentation for end users and business stakeholders.Monitor compliance with information governance, role-based access, and data retention requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams on solution design and release management.Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings and follow structured configuration/release processes.Required Qualifications:8+ years of IT systems analysis/support, including 5+ years supporting enterprise OpenText implementations.Deep hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Server, OTDS, and related tools.3+ years of experience in at least two areas: system analysis, programming, or equipment analysis.Working knowledge of OScript, REST/SOAP APIs, PowerShell, HTML, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of OpenText metadata models, workflows, permissions, and records management.Familiarity with integration tools and cloud/hybrid OpenText deployments.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:OpenText certifications (e.g., Content Server Administrator, Extended ECM).Experience with OpenText AppWorks and third-party connectors.Background in Java development (7+ years preferred).Prior involvement in enterprise ECM migrations and upgrades.Work Environment & Benefits:Fully remote (Maryland-based candidates preferred)$110,000$120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with employer contributionsPaid time off and 10+ holidaysProfessional development and training opportunitiesEqual Opportunity & ADA Compliance:We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
