Health Insurance Agent – Base + Residuals | Career Path to 1099

Position Summary:
Tired of working straight commission? Burned out by inconsistent lead quality or pay-to-play tech platforms? At Omnia, we offer an alternative. We’re actively recruiting experienced health insurance agents, including former USHEALTH Advisors (USHA) reps and 1099 agents, who want to earn a guaranteed base salary for their first 90 days—with the goal of transitioning to a lucrative, residual-driven 1099 career.
- What We Offer:
- $600/week base pay during your first 90 days (W-2)
- 40-hour workweek commitment during this ramp-up period
- Full access to high-converting, inbound and outbound leads
- CRM, telephony, quoting tools – all provided at no cost
- After 90 days: transition to 1099 with ongoing residuals
- Agents on track earn $50k–$70k in Year 1, and $100k+ in Year 2 and beyond
- Ongoing training, support, and a clear path to cross-sell additional lines (ancillary, dental, P&C, life, etc.)
- Ideal Candidate:
- Formerly licensed and active 1099 agent (e.g., USHA, Assurance, etc.)
- 2+ years of sales experience (health insurance preferred)
- 2-15 (Health and Life) Florida License - In good standing
- Proficient with technology and remote sales tools (CRM, dialers, quoting platforms)
- Entrepreneurial mindset – self-starter, accountable, resilient
- Clean background check required
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sell ACA and ancillary health insurance products via phone and digital tools
- Build a personal book of business during your salaried onboarding period
- Provide clients with ongoing support and policy guidance
- Transition to independent agent model (1099) after 90 days
- Continue building residual income and client base with full infrastructure support from Omnia
