General Manager – VIREN (Compliance Vertical)
Axyde is seeking a high-agency, strategy-driven operator to serve as the first General Manager (GM) in our commercial IP federation — starting with VIREN, our flagship compliance architecture.
This is not a traditional job.
You will own the commercialization of a defined patent-backed vertical, supported by founder infrastructure, and compensated directly from revenue you generate or lead.
There is no salary. There is no ceiling.
You are the first mover — and the model is built to reward you for building a business under you.
What You’re Licensing
VIREN™ is a schema-constrained traceability framework for regulated supply chains.
It underpins compliance enforcement, ESG auditability, and federal sourcing logic — already aligned with NDAA 2021, EO 14017, DPA Title III, and ESG flowdown programs in battery, magnet, and critical material sectors.
Your job: license it. Build around it. Scale it.
- Responsibilities
- Own all commercialization for the VIREN IP stack
- Close initial license deals (federal, commercial, or hybrid)
- Define target verticals and go-to-market narrative
- Build your own BD team (optional, post-traction)
- Deploy your own incentive budget to hire, bonus, or execute
- Report directly to the founder/CEO with full transparency

3% override + 1% org-wide share = 4%
Monthly minimum
Guaranteed to match average monthly compensation of your closers (true-up paid from incentive pool)
Growth Pool (Kitty)
30% of all revenue you generate is allocated to your control — use it for hiring, spiffs, travel, campaigns, or reinvestment

- ✅ What You Need
- Experience in compliance, defense tech, ESG, or vertical SaaS
- Ability to operate without a base salary
- Strong conceptual selling skills — you’ll be selling frameworks, not products
- Experience in licensing, federal capture, or B2B enterprise deals
