Digital Marketing, Design & CRM Specialist

- Position Overview: Towne Mortgage is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing/Design & CRM Specialist to support brand initiatives across our growing organization.
- This team member will play a key role in developing marketing materials, managing CRM campaigns, and enhancing Towne’s digital presence through social media and branded content.
- This position is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and operational, comfortable using marketing tools, engaging with sales teams, and creating content that reflects Towne’s values and commitment to our partners and communities.
- A strong alignment with Towne’s culture and core values is essential as this role plays a key part in how we communicate who we are to both internal and external audiences.
- Remote Position: On-site travel may be required
- Key Responsibilities: CRM Management Maintain and manage marketing campaigns within Towne’s CRM (Insellerate, SURGE or similar)
- Work with our sales team members to ensure CRM tools support business goals
- Track and report performance metrics for emails and automated campaigns
- Social Media & Content Creation Develop and manage a content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Experience with social media scheduling (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Create branded graphics and post copy for thought leadership, recruiting, and client engagement
- Monitor social channels for customer feedback or brand mentions and escalate as needed
- Support efforts to increase team member engagement and visibility on social platforms
- Graphic Design Design marketing materials such as flyers, email banners, social media graphics, and event collateral
- Customize co-branded materials for our sales teams
- Uphold Towne’s brand standards and maintain consistency across all visual communications
- Work cross-functionally to support internal communication materials (e.g., HR, Compliance, Culture Teams)
- Marketing Support Partner with IT team to update the company website and digital channels
- Support the planning and promotion of events such as sales meetings and community initiatives
- Ordering of printed and promotional materials
- Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role; mortgage/real estate/financial services experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, or similar design programs
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling, and best practices
- Excellent design and layout skills with a strong attention to brand detail
- Highly organized with strong time management and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and with other teams
- Experience working with compliance-reviewed content
