About the Role
As a Remote Bilingual Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support in both English and Spanish. You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.3
This is a remote position, and you must reside within a 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd., Ste 150 & Ste 400, Denver, CO 80230
- Bilingual Compensations (Fluency English/Spanish Required):
- During Training: $22.63/hr.
- After Training: $23.66/hr.
- Training/Working Schedule:
- Training Hours 12 weeks: Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm EST and 8:30am-5:00pm EST
- Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!
- AFTER TRAINING: Must be able to work weekends and evenings- Schedule could be anywhere from 7am EST Start Time to 9:30pm EST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days off during the week. MUST be able to work weekends and evenings!
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members in both English and Spanish.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to healthcare services and benefits.
- Utilize various systems and tools to efficiently manage member interactions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all member interactions.
- Educate members on available resources and guide them through healthcare processes.
- Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multiple applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in a call center or healthcare setting is a plus.
