Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced School Psychologists for a full-time contract opportunity in Indianapolis, IN. This is a school-based role for the 2024–2025 academic year. The psychologist will play a key role in supporting students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral success through collaboration with educators, families, and support teams.

- Location: Indianapolis, IN
- Schedule: Full-time, school hours
- Setting: K–12 (specific grade levels to be discussed during interview)
- Contract: 2024–2025 school year
- Renewal potential based on performance
- Requirements:
- Active School Psychologist license in the state of Indiana
- Must meet all state and district requirements for school-based psychological services
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Experience supporting special education students and families highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, MTSS/RTI, and behavioral intervention strategies
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
- Assist in determining special education eligibility and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement interventions for academic, social, and emotional concerns
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention
- Analyze assessment data and contribute to data-driven decisions
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to improve student outcomes
- Support school-wide mental health initiatives and behavioral supports
