- Position: Licensed Special Education Teacher
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Dates: 8/4/2025 – 5/20/2026
- Schedule: Full-Time | 2025-2026 SY | Onsite
- Setting: Act as a Behavior Intervention Specialist
- Caseload: High school | 30 students
- What You’ll Do:
- Conduct observations and support the development of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Assist in designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with Special Education teachers, school psychologists, and other support staff
- Monitor intervention effectiveness and provide coaching to school teams as needed
- Ensure consistent behavioral supports across academic and non-academic settings
- What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Special Education Teaching License in the required state
- Master’s Degree in Special Education
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (valid and current)
- Prior experience working with students facing behavioral and emotional challenges
- Proven ability to conduct FBAs and lead the development of successful intervention plans
