UtiliSave has been an industry leader in utility bill auditing and energy efficiency services for over three decades, and we are growing rapidly as we expand our business. Utilisave is seeking a dynamic Marketing Administrative Assistant (Full time or Part-time) to help the marketing team’s effort and drive growth.
Responsibilities
· Research and identify relevant contact leads using Apollo and industry-specific filters.
· Cross-reference Apollo data with internal spreadsheets to build targeted lead lists.
· Validate and update existing contact information daily (emails, job titles, company names).
· Tag and segment contact leads based on industry, location, and company revenue.
· Remove or update outdated or bounced contact leads daily in Apollo and verify accuracy online.
· Maintain and troubleshoot email workflows (e.g., re-sending emails, managing contacts).
· Adding new contact leads to specific email sequences and mailboxes as needed.
· Complete email campaign tasks such as LinkedIn connections and messages.
· Monitor daily email performance metrics (deliverability, open rate, click rate, and replies) and report anomalies. Forward key messages from replies to relevant team members.
· Notify the marketing team of technical issues, abnormal trends, or missed sends immediately.
Requirements
· 2 years of administrative experience
· Self-starter with a proactive and creative mindset
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience or willing to learn new marketing platforms
· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
· Ability to work with tight time constraints
· Ability to independently solve problems and think creatively
Ability to communicate with all levels within organization
