Film/Production Experienced Inside Appointment Setter/Business to Direct Consumer Sales
Fast-growing entertainment company has an opening for an A-player inbound salesperson/setter.
If you’re experienced with B2C sales and are passionate about helping storytellers from all over the world connect with professional producers to turn their stories into movies, shows, and podcasts; and want to join a small team of experienced entertainment executives with a proven track record, please apply. No cold-calling, these leads are already customers that are being qualified for additional services.
Position: Remote; $30,000 base + commission
- On Target Earnings: up to $60,000 inclusive of commission, with potential to grow as high as $70,000 in this position, as well as the opportunity to advance to higher positions as the company grows.
- Verification of employment history and reference checks will be required.
- *Required Skills:
- 2 years of Business-to Direct Consumer sales experience
- 1-2 years in the setter/closer dynamic
- 1-2 years of experience in the TV/Film Production industry
- Have attended sales trainings, courses, and seminars
- Motivated by performance
- Love people and love helping people
- Reliable, organized, self-reliant, accountable
- Must have home office, laptop, smartphone, great internet
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Understand basic concepts of Film & TV Development
- Experience with ‘triage call’ inbound appointment setting model
- Experience with overcoming objections
- Experience with self-tracking and reporting analytics
- Heavy Customer Service experience is a plus

- Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to meet/exceed KPIs
- High volume of inbound appointment setting calls
- Prequalifying clients and scheduling closing calls with the closer
- Help clients onboard onto platform & complete their projects in a timely fashion
- Outbound (not cold) calling during promotions
