Market Operator Specialist - Culinary Enthusiast

- Bake and Sample Early: Get up early to bake Bridor’s products in your home kitchen. Prepare samples to present to customers, showcasing the quality and versatility of our products
- Present and Sell: Present Bridor bakery products to foodservice customers including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, hotels, schools, and country clubs. Help them incorporate our premium offerings into their menus
- Collaborate with Distributor Sales Partners: Work alongside our distributor sales partners to increase Bridor’s product reach, support joint sales efforts, and boost regional brand visibility
- Develop New Business Opportunities: Thrive on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Use your sales skills to grow Bridor’s customer base and expand market share
- Attend Food Shows & Industry Events: Represent Bridor at food shows, trade shows, and industry events. Sample products, network, and help increase awareness of Bridor within the foodservice community
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate relationships with foodservice decision-makers and create opportunities for Bridor’s products to be featured in their offerings
- Drive Sales and Growth: Pursue new business, educate customers on the benefits of Bridor’s products, and provide exceptional customer service to drive regional growth
- Work Independently: This remote role requires self-discipline and motivation, allowing you to manage your schedule and territory effectively
- Requirements:
- Baking Expertise: A deep passion for baking, preferably with experience as a pastry chef or in a professional kitchen. Must be willing to bake early from a home kitchen to prepare for fieldwork
- Go-Getter Attitude: You’re a driven, self-motivated individual who excels in developing new business and enjoys sales challenges. You’re eager to contribute to Bridor’s success
- Discipline & Drive: Self-disciplined and motivated to succeed in the competitive field of foodservice sales. You thrive in an independent work environment
- Sales or Customer Service Experience: Experience in sales or culinary sales is an asset. Former chefs or those with strong culinary backgrounds will excel in this role
- Event Participation: Willingness to attend food shows and industry events to network, represent Bridor, and raise brand awareness
- Collaboration with Distributor Sales Partners: Comfortable working closely with distributor sales partners to drive sales and expand Bridor’s market presence
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident in presenting and selling products to foodservice decision-makers. Your culinary expertise will engage and educate customers
- Benefits:
