  • Lead a high-performing team to impact millions of lives worldwide
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets and market penetration goals
  • Mentor and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Sales Associates to meet individual and team sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and surgical center leadership
  • Oversee territory planning and ensure effective account penetration, customer retention, and new business development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive product adoption
  • Drive the implementation of hospital and surgical center strategies, including surgeon trials and clinical education programs
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on market feedback and customer needs
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear expectations for team members
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role managing high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas and regional objectives in the surgical or implantable device market
  • Deep understanding of hospital operating room dynamics and experience navigating surgical VAC committees for product adoption
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to recruit, inspire and develop a results-driven sales team
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop and execute regional sales plans
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills to engage with surgeons, hospital executives, and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce new technologies and drive market expansion in competitive environments
  • Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and leveraging clinical evidence for value-based selling
  • High degree of self-awareness, integrity, and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region
