Description
Eligible applicants must live within a commutable distance to Milford, CT. This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week, with specific work-from-home requirements including high-speed internet.
Work schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday, 3:00pm-11:30pm. The schedule includes at least one weekend shift and may flex based on business needs.

- Responsibilities include:
- Receiving road service requests and dispatching calls via multiple communication channels.
- Determining service needs, selecting appropriate facilities, and prioritizing calls.
- Optimizing resource deployment, monitoring call statuses, and reallocating resources as needed.
- Communicating with members, providing advice, and explaining benefits and charges.
- Documenting call statuses, maintaining communication with drivers and facilities, and resolving service issues promptly.
- Coordinating with external agencies for roadside assistance calls.
- Performing duties of a Member Service Counselor-AS when necessary.
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years call center experience
