Role Overview
We’re seeking a Growth Partner who will connect Ergon with founders, CEOs, and service-based business leaders. Your role is entirely commission-based—you’ll earn 10% for every new client you help close.
- What You’ll Do
- Engage your network and identify potential client fits
- Lead intro and discovery conversations to uncover key operational pain points
- Align Ergon360 solutions (like Executive Assistance, automation, or full back‑office ops) to those needs
- Create and propose tailored engagement plans
- Coordinate onboarding with our delivery team
- Close deals and receive 10% commission on every new client
- Who You Are
- Experienced in business development, consulting, or client success
- Excellent at listening and demonstrating value strategically
- Skilled at relationship-building with decision-makers
- Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-driven
- Bonus if familiar with automation, CRM systems, or virtual support models
