• Provide feedback on customer interactions to enhance service quality.

Skills
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Proficient typing skills with the ability to navigate computer systems effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting customer interactions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
