You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, highly agile startup environment.

  • Contribute to technical decisions around architecture, scalability, and reliability

  • Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences

  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code (unit, integration, and E2E testing)

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups

  • Help optimize platform performance, security, and data integrity for global use

  • Contribute ideas to improve platform usability, automation, and developer workflows

Tech Stack We Use

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js

  • Backend: Node.js, Python, Express, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, GraphQL

  • DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Kubernetes (bonus)

  • Other: Jira, Git, Figma, Notion

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in full stack software development in SaaS or enterprise environments

  • Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/TypeScript) and backend services (Node.js or Python)

  • Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startups and agile teams

  • Strong understanding of RESTful services, relational databases, and API design

  • Comfort working in a distributed, async-first culture

  • Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and secure code in a high-growth environment

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience building HRIS, global payroll, or compliance-driven platforms

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

  • Experience working with authentication/authorization (OAuth, SSO, etc.)

  • Familiarity with internationalization (i18n), role-based access control, or GDPR compliance
