Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will be joining the Platform Operations Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence within RBCx to shape and scale our data engineering marketing strategy, supporting portfolio companies in a startup culture, and also working closely with our teams in Royal Bank of Canada, one of Canada’s largest banks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of data solutions in the marketing space. You will work across our portfolio of mobile & web applications and work with third party platforms (e.g. Meta & Google) to implement analytics tracking, create and manage data flows & pipelines and integrate data sources across the MarTech ecosystem to feed downstream marketing analytics use cases. This role requires strong data engineering skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic and a demonstrated capability to multi-task effectively as a member of a dynamic, fast paced team. You will have the opportunity to create and build upon a foundation that will shape the future growth and scale of our RBCx Platform modern data stack.What will you do?Lead integration of marketing data from analytics platforms (e.g. GA4 & AppsFlyer), CRM, media advertising & social platforms into data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, S3) and BI platforms (e.g. Tableau), Design the data models and data pipelines for dashboarding and reportingDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical guidesCollaborate with development teams to implement and maintain scalable marketing analytics tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Segment, AppsFlyer in a privacy compliant mannerPerform QA and debugging of analytics tags and data flowsSupport GA4 analysis and ad-hoc reporting requests (e.g., site performance, A/B tests, content engagement).Continuously drive improvements in tracking capabilities, data integrity, data pipeline and stakeholder…
