What You'll Do:
- Develops knowledge of applicable software tools.
- Learn to create and configure low to moderate complexity new and existing customer websites (using third party software).
- Basic skills to solve and troubleshoot routine issues.
- Basic understanding of testing and quality assurance process and works with senior analyst and others to quality check own configured software to ensure proper functioning.
- Ability to follow established SOPs and execute assigned duties
- Provide routine direct daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directed
- Learn health and benefits products, services and tools in order to appropriately configure and test software tools.
- Commitment to assist with achieving or exceeding internal and external performance standards.
- Participate in customer meetings, as requested.
- Follow department guidelines, policies and procedures; including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
- Determine a course of personal, professional development.
- All other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
Required
- Minimum education required: Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience working with database applications
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- BSwift Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with customers at all levels
- Attention to detail required and the ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance, human resources, or financial sector
Pay Range
$26.44 - 31.25 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
