Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client's organization, a leading elevator and escalator consulting and inspection firm in the U.S. The role provides essential support to consultants and project managers throughout project lifecycles, including administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Able to work remotely on a night shift, following US time zone
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), M-Files, and Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
