Role Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to assist with researching and compiling targeted lists of high-value contacts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in online research, data entry, and B2B lead sourcing. You will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying prospects that align with our ideal customer profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research to identify potential leads across various industries and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites, business directories).
- Gather and verify key contact information including full name, job title, email address, phone number, company size, industry, and location.
- Compile, organize, and maintain clean lead lists in spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Ensure all leads meet predefined criteria for quality and relevance.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals.
- Maintain lead list accuracy and update outdated or incomplete records as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, list building, or a similar research-based role.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Hunter.io, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- B2B experience preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with sales prospecting strategies.
- Background in working with startups or fast-paced remote teams.
