Job Description
We’re seeking an energetic and results-driven Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to join our growing real estate team. In this exciting role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, introducing them to valuable property assessment services and generating qualified leads for our sales team. You’ll use your persuasive communication skills to connect with homeowners, explain the benefits of free property evaluations, and schedule appointments that drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners using carefully curated contact lists
- Deliver compelling presentations about free property assessment services following proven scripts
- Build rapport with prospects and overcome objections to generate genuine interest
- Qualify leads effectively and identify serious potential clients
- Schedule appointments between interested homeowners and the real estate team
- Maintain accurate records in specialized CRM systems (Vault RE and Archer Cloud)
- Collaborate with the team to refine and optimize calling scripts based on real-world results
- Work during New Zealand business hours to maximize connection rates with local prospects
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales roles
- Exceptional English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Self-motivated with strong resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
- Real estate industry knowledge preferred but comprehensive training provided
- Comfortable learning and using specialized CRM software systems
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance standards
- Flexible schedule availability to accommodate New Zealand business hours
