Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in technical sales
- Bachelor’s degree
- MBA preferred
- Preferred knowledge in Identity & Security Market like Biometric Authentication, Facial Recognition and software related technologies
- Experience in selling technology solutions to public and private sectors in Brazil
- Extensive sales experience, preferably in the Critical Infrastructure Market and Public Sector with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects
- Strong relationships with Government decision makers, influencers, and program managers in key target verticals to become highly familiar with the agency's requirements
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short and long-term tasks and project assignments on time
- Creative thinker and should possess ability to resolve critical problems with a strong sense of urgency
- Proven track record of building strong end-user relationships, with the ability to gather market intelligence to clearly understand customer needs and then advocate solutions that clearly meet or exceed them
