B2C Appointment Setter (Financial Services)

Responsibilities
- Proactively contact leads (individual consumers) via phone/email to discuss their personal financial needs (e.g., debt consolidation, home loans, emergencies).
- Schedule consultations between clients and loan advisors, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Conduct warm, empathetic conversations to understand clients’ financial goals (e.g., "How can we help you with your loan needs?").
- Update CRM systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign) with accurate client details and interaction notes.
- Partner with the sales team to relay client needs and prioritize high-intent leads.
- Meet/exceed weekly targets for appointments set and conversion rates.
- Share customer insights (e.g., common pain points) to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in B2C sales, customer service, or telemarketing (e.g., retail banking, insurance, or personal finance).
- Familiarity with CRMs (ActiveCampaign is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills—ability to build rapport with individuals (not businesses).
- Basic knowledge of consumer financial products (e.g., personal loans, credit scores).
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a target-driven remote role.
