About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at UserFlow, you will be a key driver in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our PLG platform. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives - from research and validation to high-fidelity design and execution - ensuring that our products are intuitive, effective, and delightful for our customers. You are data-driven, process-oriented, and passionate about building scalable design systems and processes that foster collaboration across product management, growth, and CS teams. In addition to your individual contributions producing high-quality design work and setting a high bar for craft and execution, you’ll be a key leader in the company, helping us define and set processes that will accelerate customer delight.
What You'll Do
- Deliver Pixel-Perfect Designs: Produce high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and documentation that set a high standard for craft and attention to detail.
- Collaborate on Implementation: Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented as intended and contribute to technical feasibility discussions.
- Iterate and Optimize: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business requirements.
- Partner with Product Managers to Conduct User Research: Plan and execute research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis of findings to inform design decisions.
- Drive Design Systems & Processes: Establish, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and processes that enhance consistency, efficiency, and collaboration across product, engineering, and design teams.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5 - 8 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in B2B SaaS environments, delivering high-quality, impactful designs, independently.
- Design & Research Skills: Highly proficient in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Process Orientation: Proven ability to set up and drive design processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across teams.
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with product managers and engineers, with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
- Design Systems: Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders.
- Tools: Expert at modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). Learning and implementing AI into the design process through tooling like Lovable.
