Instructor Nursing Associate Degree
The Instructor Nursing Associate Degree will provide active and effective learning for students, act as a professional and academic role model, and commit to student satisfaction. The instructor will deliver high-quality instruction, develop and implement curriculum, assess student progress, and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Unencumbered RN license in the state where instruction occurs
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 2 years current clinical or educational experience
- Expertise in the area of assignment that demonstrates the skills needed to provide instruction
- Ability to use hearing and sight (both near and far vision)
- Ability to communicate with students and provide direct instruction
- Ability to use fine motor skills to operate personal computers, manual and electrical equipment
- Ability to safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations
