Cloudbeds is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director - Enterprise Sales to lead and expand group sales efforts within the North American market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the hotel technology sector.
Requirements
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional group sales strategy aligned with Cloudbeds' overall business objectives.
- Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of group sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and associations.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the group sales segment.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
