Talent Success Partner (TSP)
We are looking for a highly capable Talent Success Partner to own the post-hire lifecycle for our team members, ensuring they feel supported and engaged while managing critical HR operations.
Requirements
- Full-Cycle Employee Operations: Manage the employee journey from end to end, including leading onboarding/offboarding calls and handling all administrative account setup, documentation, and logistics.
- Team Member Performance: Conduct regular check-ins and 1:1s, manage performance feedback and PIPs, and support career development through our IDP process.
- HR & Payroll Administration: Prepare and process all payroll inputs (adjustments, bonuses, time-off, pay increases), ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the first point of contact for all team member administrative inquiries while partnering with Client Success Managers to align on client needs and resolve issues.
- Engagement & Culture: Drive team member engagement by supporting quarterly initiatives, monitoring team sentiment, and analyzing attrition trends to help build a thriving, connected culture.
