Inside Sales Representative
Horace Mann is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to help educators plan for a secure retirement. This remote role involves engaging with current and prospective clients to understand their goals and match them with life and retirement solutions.
Requirements
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses – required
- Active Life License – required
- High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of college or equivalent business experience preferred
- Experience in a call center or customer service role, with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission
- Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently
