Customer Success Intern
The Customer Success Intern will support HID's success by initiating first contact with customers, identifying and registering initial users, scheduling and conducting online demo sessions, collaborating with Field Service Engineers, ensuring accurate and relevant data migration, liaising with the external software supplier, and conducting follow-up calls to ensure the customer is comfortable using the portal.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in Business, IT, Communication, or a related field
- Strong communication skills; confident in reaching out to customers
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working with software tools and digital platforms
- Affinity with multicultural environments
- Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
