The Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement will set the strategic direction and oversee the execution of all training and development programs for the Restaurant Technologies commercial organization.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of combined experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales training roles.
  • Proven experience designing and executing strategic enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity.
  • Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration
  • Experience building enterprise-wide training programs for sales organizations with segmented sales teams and sales leadership/management.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to take initiative, anticipate organizational needs, and develop a forward-looking strategy for team member development.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
  • Modern Enablement Methodologies: Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, modern training techniques, and the end-to-end learning process, from needs assessment to delivery and evaluation.
  • Leadership Presence: High level of professionalism, assertiveness, and the ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with business leaders.
