About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll serve as a critical liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service from deposition scheduling to billing. You’ll build lasting client relationships, support complex cases and trials, and help ensure retention and satisfaction by providing white-glove service and operational support to our field sales teams. This is an ideal role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on client engagement and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with large cases and trials by ensuring superior client service throughout the engagement
  • Proactively assist clients when Client Executives are in the field
  • Collaborate with Client Executives on account strategies and relationship development
  • Develop deep knowledge of Esquire’s services to match solutions to client needs
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide timely pricing, scheduling, and cost estimates
  • Handle client onboarding, training, and general inquiries
  • Facilitate internal coordination for smooth service delivery
  • Resolve escalated client issues and disputes professionally and efficiently
  • Streamline internal ticketing processes and support billing accuracy
  • Assist with payment issue resolution and help reduce outstanding receivables
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; highly organized and detail-oriented with a client-first approach
  • Experience: 3+ years in customer service, account management, or sales support—experience in litigation or court reporting preferred
  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with internal systems and platforms
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Attributes: Dependable, adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Accurate and timely management of client inquiries and case coordination
  • Effective handling of special operations, including trials and complex litigation
  • Proactive communication that reduces disputes and enhances client satisfaction
