Technical Recruiter
We are passionate about disrupting traditional recruiting to move faster and more efficiently! As a Technical Recruiter Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and interviewing top-tier tech talent for our clients (leading companies in the U.S).
You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where time management and efficiency are key to delivering high-quality candidates quickly. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple, high-priority searches simultaneously
- Interview candidates thoroughly to learn all the details about their experience and skills
- Collaborate closely with Talent AcquisitionManager to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
- Ensure a fast yet high-quality hiring process by optimizing sourcing strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Tech Recruiting
- Ability to source, engage, and activate passive candidates
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to juggle multiple openings and deliver candidates quickly
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize efficiently
- Experience working at a startup in a flexible and dynamic environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and an excellent communicator
- A team player who can also work independently and meet hiring goals
