About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, outgoing, and strategicSocial Media Managerto join our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on community engagement, human connection, and creating content that sparks momentum across digital channels.

You’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, engaging directly with users and influencers, nurturing our affiliate community, and collaborating on marketing campaigns that build buzz around our product. A strong copywriting background is essential, as you’ll also craft compelling messaging across email, ads, and social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Actively engage with users through social media, direct messages (DMs), and email
  • Build relationships with affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates
  • Spark conversation and excitement around campaigns, launches, and content
  • Collaborate closely with company leaders (e.g., founders) to amplify their online presence

Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write high-performing, persuasive copy for emails, ad campaigns, and social media posts
  • Assist in drafting AI-supported blog content as needed (not the main focus)
  • Create short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms
  • Post under your own name on Twitter/X and LinkedIn (as part of our engagement strategy)

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop a content calendar and schedule regular posts across platforms
  • Manage our social channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, growth, and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide data-informed recommendations to improve strategy and content performance

Campaign Support

  • Assist with email campaigns via SendGrid or similar platforms
  • Help coordinate content and community strategies around virtual and in-person events (e.g., trade shows)
  • Brainstorm and contribute to new and creative growth campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing and growing professional social media accounts
  • Strong copywriting background with the ability to write compelling, strategic content
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging directly with communities
  • Willingness to be a visible, public-facing team member (e.g., social posting, being on camera, hosting webinars)
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content
  • Familiarity with email marketing (SendGrid or similar) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing
  • Interest in SaaS, tech, or AI-powered tools
  • Background in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
