ABOUT YOU
1 year of experience. Slope intercept
You LOVE putting points on the board. You’re on a revenue-driving team, and you’ll be expected to drive performance

You have a "win together" mindset. Internal partnerships are as important as our external partnerships
You nerd out with tech AI. No expectation that you deeply understand how to build Clay tables, design the perfect Sales Nav filters, or build a beautiful Salesloft sequence. This can be learned. What matters is that you’re willing to figure it out, and experiment to continuously improve
You're a great writer + comfortable creating content. You will be communicating with merchants and partners over Slack, email, in private newsletters, in ebooks, and LinkedIn posts/DMs every day. It helps if writing comes naturally. Expect limited marketing support
