About the Role
The US Healthcare Talent Matching Specialist ensures we are proactively aligning clinician preferences with Marvel's highest-priority job orders. In this role, you will review candidate criteria and pull curated job options from our system that support company fulfillment goals – even if not every requirement matches. Your job is to empower Talent Advisors with relevant job ahead of scheduled consult calls, helping them close faster and smarter.
What you’ll do
Thoroughly review clinician preferences gathered by Sourcing Specialists or Talent Advisors.
Proactively search internal job boards for all available positions, with a strong focus on prioritizing high-need or urgent orders.
Curate a personalized "hot sheet" of 3-6 optimal job matches per clinician, carefully balancing candidate fit with client demand.
Ensure all job information is clean, current, and impeccably organized, ready for immediate pitching.
Deliver tailored job lists to assigned Talent Advisors well in advance of scheduled consults.
Communicate proactively and provide insightful suggestions to Talent Advisors regarding job coverage gaps or potential matches.
Requirements
What You Bring
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in an administrative, coordination, data analysis, or a similar support role.
Experience within the recruitment, staffing, or business process outsourcing (BPO) industries is highly preferred, especially in roles involving matching, screening, or data analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills to manage multiple opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and utilize various search criteria.
A foundational understanding of the staffing job landscape, including different settings, shifts, and medical specialties (healthcare staffing experience is a significant advantage).
A highly collaborative approach with a strong service mindset, focused on supporting internal teams.
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to maintain organization and composure under pressure.
