Fully Remote – Bangalore, IN- Work with Global Business Process Owners (GBPO’s), Business Process Owners (BPO’s) and their team to establish and prioritized MOOG process needs and support legacy processes and application integration.
- Provided guidance and subject matter expertise to support application management processes and defect resolution in their process areas of Manufacturing and Production Planning.
- Drive the design (localization) and deployment of Planning (S/4 HANA and IBP) solution for the rest of Moog sites.
- Converting process requirements into functional specifications, working with development team to unit test.
- Work with process team to complete FUT and deploy into production
- Drive IBP RTI integration design and deployment project.
- Work with BASIS enabling RTI connection.
- Work with development team to prepare FS and unit test.
- Prepare and execute BIT.
- Deploy and sustain.
- Monitor ServiceNow incidents and provide guidance to AMS team driving resolution.
- Adhere to change control process, cross functional impacts, documentation updates.
- Work with process lead and security on planning/scheduling process role alignment.
- Responsible to create and maintain process and technical documentation such as functional technical specification and end user training.
- Maintain Configuration documents, Key Design Documents, WRICEF tracker limited to their area of expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional & technical teams for Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment
- Conduct workshop for functional gap analysis and provide solutions adhering to SAP best practices.
- Support interfaces between SAP/non-SAP and IBP for Planning related processes
- May be required to attend off-hours availability to support critical production issues.
