About the position
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the director and internal cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Manage the creative development process with internal/external partners, including developing creative briefs.
• Oversee the social media plan from start to finish, ensuring timely execution within brand standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, keeping them informed about social media plans and results.
• Report on campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analysis for effectiveness.
• Ensure quality assurance for campaign setup and make relevant updates to website content for consistency.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with at least 2 years of paid and organic social media experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven solid communication skills.
• Proven solid organizational skills.
• Proven intermediate analytical skills.
