As a key member of our team, you will provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and support to individuals in need, while working collaboratively with a licensed clinician and other community partners.

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.35 - $23.47 per hour, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous vacation and holiday leave, and a 403(b) retirement account. Job Summary: As a Remote Overnight Crisis Hotline Specialist - Qualified Mental Health Professional, you will be the first point of contact for individuals in crisis, providing emotional support, crisis intervention, and connecting them with essential resources and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling crisis calls, texts, and chats, and providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments
  • Completing initial screenings and providing information about our services
  • Offering community referrals and support, and linking callers with appropriate service providers
  • Collaborating with a licensed clinician and other community partners to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participating in training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance your skills and our services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Preferred: bilingual skills, experience in crisis and customer service, and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care
