Hiring 1 Walmart Dropshipping Expert or Agency | Manage & Scale Multiple Walmart Stores
We’re a fast-growing Done-For-You Walmart Automation Agency that helps everyday investors launch and scale successful Walmart dropshipping stores from scratch — most with zero prior eCommerce experience and no Walmart account yet.
With 25+ active clients and 5–10 new clients onboarding every month, we're on track to manage over 100+ stores by year’s end. To support this explosive growth, we’re looking to hire a highly capable Walmart Dropshipping Expert or Agency to fully manage end-to-end account operations for a portfolio of clients.
This is a high-responsibility, long-term role — you’ll act as the main point of strategy, execution, and communication across multiple Walmart dropshipping stores under our management.
Scope of Work Per Client:
Product Research & Validation
Conduct deep, data-driven research to identify high-potential dropshipping products per client
Deliver detailed PDF reports with supplier source, competition analysis, profit margins, and estimated shipping times
Supplier Sourcing & Communication
Source and vet reliable wholesale and authorized suppliers (U.S.-based preferred)
Negotiate optimal pricing, minimum order requirements, and shipping terms
Ensure suppliers meet Walmart policy and performance metrics
Fulfillment & Logistics
Coordinate order processing and ensure on-time supplier shipments
Manage tracking uploads and handle any delivery exceptions proactively
Maintain supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability
Policy Compliance & Account Health
Ensure all suppliers and products comply with Walmart’s dropshipping policies
Monitor and manage account health metrics (On-Time Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, Cancellation Rate, etc.)
Resolve Walmart policy warnings or account health issues quickly
Listing Creation & Optimization
Create high-converting listings with optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions
Apply backend keywords and SEO best practices
Provide or coordinate with design teams for high-quality images and infographics
Analytics, Reporting & Scaling
Provide monthly P&L reports
Develop actionable strategies to increase revenue, improve profit margins, and scale winning products
Client Communication
Daily updates via Slack (each client has a dedicated channel)
Occasional Zoom calls for onboarding and performance updates
Consistently high-quality, timely, and professional communication
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of proven success in Walmart dropshipping
✅ Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once
✅ Experience scaling Walmart stores to consistent monthly revenue
✅ Fluent English (written and spoken)
✅ Deep knowledge of Walmart Seller Center, supplier sourcing, Walmart policy compliance, and dropshipping operations
✅ Comfortable using Slack daily and hosting Zoom calls as needed
✅ Highly organized, client-first mindset, and detail-oriented
