Key Responsibilities
Assist in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and generate reports.
Work extensively with Excel to analyze and manage data.
Collaborate on ad hoc projects as needed to support the team during a period of transition.
Technology
Currently operating on Oracle, with a planned transition to Workday in 2025.
Qualifications
2-5 years of accounting experience, with a solid understanding of journal entries, reconciliation, and general ledger processes.
Experience working with Oracle is required; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Healthcare industry experience is a plus, though not required.
