What YouÂll Be Responsible For Responsible for managing control issues/deficiencies identified throughout the year by internal audit, external audit or through self-assessment and engaging with the process owners to ensure that remediations are embedded into the business Responsible for the documentation and maintenance of all the business process flow charts, process narratives, control descriptions, risk matrices to ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of information. Serve in an hands on advisory capacity and provide best of class expertise on process design and internal control to the broader finance and business community Responsible to manage the relationship between Ocean Spray and the Internal Auditors (outsourced), including managing all communications, meetings, updates, etc. Responsible to drive continuous improvement across multiple end-to-end processes and related controls across the group by engaging with various business leaders What WeÂre Looking For: Masters Degree required with 5-7 years of similar experience Experience working in an environment that involves multiple concurrent projects and is continuously evolving and improving Comprehensive knowledge of best in class processes and internal control design for end-to-end processes including R2R, O2C, P2P, fixed assets, inventory and manufacturing, payroll and IT systems. Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems; problems are across disciplines; takes a new perspective to identify innovative solutions Solid knowledge of US GAAP and regulations Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel) Working knowledge large ERP system (preferably SAP) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; influences and persuades others internally and externally, including senior leaders Annual Salary: $102,200 - $140,500 The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the positionÂs typical hiring range.
