Support Specialist, your primary task will be to assist customers via live chat on our clients' websites. Whether they are inquiring about discount codes or refund policies, you will guide them with the right information, supported by a comprehensive knowledge base and a helpful supervisory team for more complex queries.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
Access to a reliable device (laptop, phone, or tablet) for accessing chat functions.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to undergo training to master the required skills and... knowledge.
Available to work 20+ hours per week with a dependable internet connection.
Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 20 to 40 hours based on your availability.
Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
