Job Title: Remote Operations Coordinator (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,000 - 1,750 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time.

Job Overview:

Our client has a Restoration business focused on mitigation and reconstruction in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio, Texas.

Their Capabilities include:
• Water & Fire Damage, Storm
• Pack out / Pack in, Contents
• Plumbing / HVAC / Environmental
• Mold/Asbestos/Environmental
• Reconstruction - 10 subcontractors + 3 new ones in pipeline for test projects in the Austin Metro
• General and Specialized cleaning
• Claims management

Are you a highly organized professional with a knack for multitasking and excellent communication skills? Join our client's growing flood and fire restoration company as an Operations Coordinator! We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee daily office operations and serve as a key liaison between their team, clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities: • Management of the Administrative Staff is the primary responsibility • Insurance Coordination: Communicate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims and ensure proper documentation. • Job Coordination: Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion. • Collections Management: Oversee accounts receivable and collections • Administrative Support: Manage administrative operations, maintain records, and support team members with administrative tasks. • Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues. • Team Building: Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and collections.
• Proven experience in office management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Office, Quickbooks and reading Xactimate estimates
• Possess polite, confident, team player skills including listening and questioning skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
