Role Description

    As a Remote Live Chat / Tele Chat Support, you will be responsible for:
  • Responding to live chat inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to clients regarding our products and services.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and support.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Continuously staying up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
    Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in live chat and tele chat software.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer support.
